Neal Dihora Announcement

Wasatch Global Investors announced today that Neal Dihora, Portfolio Manager of the Wasatch Emerging Markets Select Fund and its related institutional strategy, will leave the firm effective June 30, 2024. Ajay Krishnan, CFA, will continue as Lead Portfolio Manager, and Scott Thomas, CFA, will continue as Associate Portfolio Manager of the Fund and strategy. The Fund will continue to be supported by the entire Wasatch emerging markets equity research team, which is comprised of nine portfolio managers and analysts.
