Wasatch Launches International Value Fund

Wasatch Global Investors has announced the launch of the Wasatch International Value Fund. This strategy focuses on undervalued opportunities mainly in developed international markets outside the U.S. and primarily invests in companies with market caps over $5 billion. The Fund targets companies that are often overlooked or misunderstood by the broader market, aiming to capitalize on the market’s short-term behavioral biases where companies trade below their intrinsic value. It is led by a team of experienced value investors and uses quantitative screening combined with fundamental research to identify investments. The approach also considers economic and investment cycles to ensure informed decision-making across different market conditions.

David Powers, the Fund’s Lead Portfolio Manager, commented “The Wasatch International Value Fund combines both extensive bottom-up research and top-down views to construct an “all weather” value portfolio. The strategy is also managed with a strong risk-management focus to enhance risk-adjusted returns for clients.”

Wasatch expects the Fund to become available on intermediary platforms in the coming weeks, and clients interested in investing directly with Wasatch can do so immediately.
